147: Never too old to lift, with Chris Tiley

Watch my conversation with Chris on YouTube or listen on the podcast player below

Chris Tiley is a physiotherapist based in Birmingham who has experience of working in hospitals, private practice and with elite sports people.

He has a passion for strength training and its benefits for the over 60s, which came from observing his clients’ experiences of pain and suffering.

So, along with offering strength training advice and coaching at his physio practice, Chris has written a book called Never Too Old To Lift and has a blog of the same name.

I am a fan of strength training myself and have been working with a coach for over a year now, so I really enjoyed chatting with Chris about his book and what he’s learnt about the benefits of strength training as we age.

If you’re keen to stay strong, fit and mobile as you get older, then this episode is for you.
